10th Grade: HOMEWORK DUE WEDNESDAY: 1. Read Geog. 11.4 "Patterns in the Western City," page 172-175. Answer questions 1-6 completely on page 175. 2. Read Geog. 11.5 "Residential Areas," page 176-177. Answer questions 1-3 in complete sentences on page 177.

REMEMBER: All assignments must be completed in either ink or on computer & printed out by the time class begins. Assignments are due at the start of class.

Dear Students & Parents:

I will be off island until Friday, February 12. In addition, we have play rehearsals taking up a great deal of some students' free time.

We are now beginning a Geography unit in each class. Any work assigned for the week will be completed in class. Please do complete it in class, as it will not count as homework.

Every class should continue with their Haiti Earthquake Diary as usual. This lesson is valuable on a number of levels, especially in terms of preparing for future research assignments for the students.

9th Grade: No homework except for keeping up "Haiti Diary."

10th Grade: 1. Read page 58-62, "Lessons of the War." 2. Answer all questions 1-3, page 63.
