GRADE 12: Read Chapters 18-20 in Where Men Win Glory. Test on Tuesday on these chapters.

GRADE 7: 1. Read pages 58 & 59 - The Hundred Years War 2. Chapter 5 vocabulary due in your notebooks on Wednesday. DUE WEDNESDAY.

GRADE 9: 1. Review the British "Acts" leading up to the American Revolution on The History Place. www.historyplace.com/united states/revolution/rev-prel.htm 2. Finish reading The Iroquois & the American Revolution, bottom of p. 121-123. Answer questions p. 123. DUE TUESDAY

GRADE 8: You should be finished with the chapter on the Inca by now. If you are not, please finish it.

GRADE 8: 1. Review the chapters on the Aztecs. 2. Choose 2 topics that interest you for a possible research paper assignment. Hand them in on a piece of paper Thursday.

GRADE 9: 1. Read pages 44-52 in Native American Perspectives. 2. Answer all questions on pages 43, 47, 51 in your notebook. Due Friday.

GRADE 9: 1. Complete work on The Enlightenment & be prepared to defend & debate your philosopher's position. 2. On Tuesday bring in your $ for coffee & donuts for The Enlightenment Cafe.

GRADE 7: 1. Write your vocabulary words & definitions in complete sentences for Wednesday's class in your notebook. 2. Vocabulary test on Friday. Know the words, definitions, and be able to use them correctly in a sentence. *The definitions you learn must be the ones given in the chapter.*

Grade 8: Test on pages 1-53, Bubonic Plague, in Plagues book on Friday.

Grade 7: Read pages 19-22, Feudalism in Europe. Due Friday.

Grade 9: 1. Be able to discuss the two or three main ideas of your Enlightenment philosophe. Write them down & turn in on Friday. 2. Choose two possible topics for your research paper. Write them down & turn in on Friday. The time period you may cover in your paper is between 1700 & 1901.
